I stopped guessing… and started tracking.
That’s when growth became predictable.
At the beginning, I thought I was working hard.
But the truth is, I was just being busy, not productive.
Then one day I asked myself:
“If someone paid me $1 million to grow this business… would I keep doing what I’m doing now?”
The answer was no.
So I made a shift.
I stopped relying on motivation or luck—
And I started relying on numbers.
I learned:
Talk to 20 people… get 1 yes.
Help 5 teammates stay consistent… and income becomes stable.
Track your daily actions… and your results become predictable.
Once I understood that success is math—not magic —everything changed.
Numbers became my GPS.
They told me where I was, what to fix, and when I was off track.
And the best part?
It removed the emotion.
I didn’t feel like a failure if someone said no—
Because I knew the next “yes” was coming.
In Chapter 6 of From Zero to Your First Million, I show you how to apply simple tracking habits to your goals—
So you can stop guessing and start growing.
It’s written in simple English, for everyday people ready to build income they can count on.
