Lucas wanted to start a furniture business.

I didn’t pitch.

I asked questions.

Lucas had just returned to Dubai after finishing dental school.

But instead of practicing dentistry, he wanted to do something different,

launch a furniture business with a friend.

He was motivated, curious, and open.

But he had no real plan.

He looked at me and asked:

“Do you know something better?”

I said yes.

But I didn’t try to convince him.

Instead, I involved him.

And that night, he made his decision.

Today, Lucas is thriving.
