Most of the time, this is not a problem with your skills.
The Real Problem That’s Easy to Miss.
In almost every business — network marketing, real estate, coaching, consulting, or any type of sales — the biggest problem is simple:
You are not talking to enough qualified people.
Many entrepreneurs feel like they are working hard. But when you look closely, this is what often happens:
Talking to only 2 or 3 people per week (instead of 2 or 3 per day).
Counting short chats or casual conversations as “presentations.”
Busy one week, then inactive for two weeks.
Recycling the same friends, family, or old contacts.
Spending too much time preparing, planning, or fixing instead of meeting new people.
This is why many people feel stuck. They are busy, but not productive.
The 4 Questions You Must Ask.
If you feel stuck, ask yourself:
1️⃣ How many real sales conversations did I have last week?
(Full presentations — not casual chats.)
2️⃣ Who were these people
(Where did I find them? Are they new? Are they qualified?)
3️⃣ What did I do after each conversation?
(Did I follow up? Did I ask for a decision?)
4️⃣ How many new qualified people did I add to my pipeline this week?
Most people who say “I’m doing 10 or 15 presentations per week” are actually doing only 2 or 3 real ones. The rest is wishful thinking.
When It's an Activity Problem.
If you’re not doing at least 15–20 serious presentations per week, the problem is not your presentation.
The problem is that you are not talking to enough new people.
✅ The solution:
Track every conversation — who, what happened, next step.
Review your list weekly.
Set a daily target: 3 to 5 real presentations every day.
Find new qualified leads consistently.
When It's a Skill Problem?
If you really are speaking to enough people, but still not closing sales, then you may have a skill problem.
✅ Common skill mistakes:
Talking about facts and features instead of results and benefits.
Giving too much information without emotional connection.
Using one script for everyone.
Not clearly asking for a decision.
Struggling with objections.
No urgency or next steps.
✅ The solution:
Tell stories that connect emotionally.
Ask clear, simple closing questions.
Handle objections with confidence.
Always end with a next step and sense of urgency.
The Two Problems Most People Ignore.
1️⃣ Belief and Motivation Problem.
You may be doing the work, but without confidence:
Fear of rejection.
Feeling tired or discouraged.
Comparing yourself to others.
Losing belief in your product, business, or yourself.
Prospects feel your energy. If you’re not excited, they won’t be either.
✅ The solution:
Reconnect to your personal “why.”
Work on your mindset daily.
Surround yourself with positive mentors.
Focus on what you can control.
2️⃣ Environment Problem.
Sometimes your environment is part of the problem:
Company politics or conflicts.
Poor leadership or management.
Lack of trust in the company’s future.
Toxic people creating drama.
✅ The solution:
Protect your mental space.
Focus on your personal activity.
If needed, have the courage to move to a better environment.
