Day 16: How Talking to 15 People a Day Changed Everything.

One simple habit changed everything for me:
Talking to 10–15 people a day.
Not pitching.
Not selling.
Just connecting.
When I first started, I was overthinking every move.
“What if they say no?”
“What do I even say?”
“Will I sound desperate?”
Then someone told me something that flipped a switch:
“The one who talks to the most people wins.”
So I made it a rule.
Every day—no excuses—talk to 10 to 15 people.
Not to convince them.
But to listen, connect, and add value.
I stopped trying to close people—
And started trying to understand them.
And slowly… the momentum came.
For every 20 conversations, I’d get one real opportunity.
Sometimes it was a new customer.
Sometimes a new teammate.
Sometimes a referral that opened unexpected doors.
But the numbers weren’t even the best part.
Talking to people daily built my confidence.
My mindset changed.
My energy shifted.
I started to show up like someone with purpose.
Because when you talk to people every day—
You stop chasing success…
And start attracting it.
In Chapter 7 of From Zero to Your First Million, I share how to build this habit into your daily routine.
How to track it, stay consistent, and duplicate it with your team.
It’s written in simple English for everyday people ready to grow—one honest conversation at a time.
